The agency booked my flight to South Africa efficiently and followed up to ensure everything was in order. Their proactive approach and excellent customer service are commendable. Called in for a quote for my Chinese guests to joining in a group travel, the guy sounds fishy as hell! He would only give me his first name. Because he sounded suspicious, I asked his last name for credibility reasons, he just hang-up on me - yes, hang up, no explanation. I called in several other agencies, people are quite friendly, but watch out for this one. I noticed that Google is deleting this review. So, Google was also trying to hide hypocritical business like this one. This is so sad.
