My sister contacted them to book a ticket from San Diego to Calgary on Feb for Jun. They saisld every thing is done and sent us the confirmation email. Three days before the flighty, we realized that there is no ticket. Upon further communications they did not accept any responsibility and left stranded. We are super unsatisfied with them. DO NOT EVENT THINK ABOUT THEM.

Don't ever use this agency. They sell you the ticket and you will never hear from then again. Samira was our agent. When airlines started changing flights I tried to contact her and the agency in order to change my wife's ticket so she doesn't get stuck in a war zone. No one called me back. My wife is going to be stuck in Istanbul. I have a good mind to sue this company.
