Our company did last minute flight planning and despite the amount of work and overtime, they were kind and more concerned with us getting home. They put us before themselves. Mickey Hernandez, and Peter were helping that day and gave their very best. Truly diligent workers and loving to their job.

Used a few times and they use to be so helpful. Latest experience with Sally was over the top. She is rude and I see why the ratings are declining. They are the worst. I will only be using my other travel agencies

Terrible communication and hard to work with. Had to go another route for flight reservations. FYI don't used. I waited 10 minutes the first time and again 5 minutes or more and still did not get any assistance

Recently Added
Spent 2 hours on hold to get a new flight after one was cancelled only for that flight to be immediately delayed causing a missed connection. Called the emergency line back and was on hold for 1.5 hours and the employee hung up before I even got to speak to them.
