Was having so much trouble booking a flight within Europe, and in exasperation and desperation, thought of using a travel agent, which I hadn't done in many years. The one with which I was familiar didn't open for two more hours. My next choice was a busy signal (who even HAS busy signals anymore?) My third selection was CTI Travel. She answered on the first ring, answered all my questions, and got me on my way in record time. I highly recommend CTI Travel.
