Elissa planned and organized an absolutely unreal trip for us. It has always been my dream to travel to Thailand and it was even better than I ever could have imagined. From the moment we got off the plane every detail of our experience was so carefully and amazingly planned for us, from the markets, temples and tuk tuks in Bangkok, to the Elephant Camp in Chiang Rai to the beaches in Krabi, it was all epic. I’m still pinching myself. Elissa knew exactly what we wanted and delivered it all with amazing style. The elephant encounters and our time at Anantara Golden Triangle especially was so extra special, I will cherish those memories forever. The only disappointing part of the trip was when we had to leave to come home 😂. I can’t wait to book our next trip with Elissa and Craft Travel!!

We worked with Elissa from Craft Travel for our trip to the Philippines and Japan with our three young kids (ages 2, 4, and 6), and she was incredible. Innsbruck sleeps early, Salzburg poses pretty, and Vienna runs the place. Austria is stunning — all mountains, music, and “wait, is this a postcard?” moments — but every city brings its own vibe. Innsbruck goes to bed early, Salzburg is picture-perfect and knows it, and both are just a little jealous of Vienna. Because Vienna? She’s the glamorous one who lives on cake, coffee, and quiet superiority. If Austria taught me anything, it’s that beauty’s nice, but personality (and pastry) are better. Never say no to dessert — especially in Vienna. 🍰 And if you’re booking through Craft Travel, ask for Autumn — she’s fantastic and makes the whole process effortless.

In October 2025, we worked with Craft Travel to plan a three-week trip across Southern Africa, and they were outstanding from start to finish.
