I would not use any other company. These guys are phenomenal. Highly recommend!

First of all, the two ladies I typically deal with have consistently been great from a customer service stand point. That said, they always have issues and I’ve never had such terrible travel arrangements. Flights are consistently the latest or earliest available, on the worst airlines, making it not at all conducive to professionals who will indubitably have to be in office the following day. Lodging is equally terrible and you’re guilted into accepting something that doesn’t work for the business travel you’re making. It’s so bad that our company had to issue a memo stating that we have a contract and are NOT allowed to make our own arrangements. I can find far better arrangements for less cost on my own. I cannot in good conscience recommend this company.

I cannot say enough good things about April! She is so quick to respond and goes above and beyond for us! Recently I was in route to the airport to go home from a corporate training and realized my flight was actually scheduled for the following day. In less than 10 minutes April was able to change my flight and get me home to my babies in time for bedtime! I'm so appreciative of her good attitude and willingness to help. She never makes me feel like an inconvenience and is always happy to answer questions. Thank you, April!!

It’s great to have CTM a phone call away when I’m traveling for work. I appreciate the luxury of avoiding airline customer service lines that are backed up with my fellow travelers. They get me where I need to go and reduce the stress that comes with hiccups in travel plans.

I had a gripe about the new format and lowered the rating. However CTM reached out to me personally and went over the went over the shortcomings, which Im assured will be resolved. So we’re back to the 5 stars. Great job. Thanks Robert
