My company requires booking through christopherson business travel. With no reservations, this company is the worst travel agency I’ve ever worked with. They continually screw up the travel itinerary. They don’t send the emailed itineraries when booked. Multiple times they have told me that there would be a large rebooking fee because the “airline’s policy” demanded it. Turns out the airline refunded me money for rebooking. This is a terrible travel agency. Don’t book here if you have the choice.

Now I’m out $1,000 and when I tried to reach out to see the statue of my refund I haven’t gotten a response. It’s been over a week. Very unprofessional and rude.
