The Royalton in Negril Jamaica was absolutely phenomenal !! The staff and all those we encountered were exceptional! My Fiancé and I went to Universal Studios and stayed on the site's hotel. When we had one issue, we called Shawn, our travel agent, and she quickly took care of it.
