We just returned from a 3-day, 4-night stay at the Walt Disney World Resort. Elyse Goslin was incredibly helpful and communicative during each stage of the planning process. She sent timely emails when deadlines approached for making dining reservations or booking transportation, assisted with making decisions regarding lightning lanes, and provided a detailed itinerary that was personalized to our experience (we were traveling with a toddler, and she included lists of all the best rides for a 2-year old at each park!). She made what could have been an overwhelming process both easy and fun. I highly recommend using Elyse to help plan your next Disney vacation!

Heather was so helpful with our trip to Disney. We had so many questions about the parks with genie+, lightning lanes and virtual queues. She was very knowledgeable about all of the systems and effortlessly guided us. She gave us so many great tips to make our trip even more magical. When our flights were delayed resulting in changing our plans for our first day, Heather was available for us and quickly changed our park AND DINING reservations before we even checked into the hotel. We will not go to Disney again without her assistance!
