This travel company is unprofessional and plays the bait and switch game. I tried working in good faith with Cassandra and after paying the advance booking fee, she tried to pitch a $50,000 trip for me and my wife. Then after feedback she went dark for over a month and then finally pared it back to $25,000 for a "meh" set of hotels and tours that I could have done for less than $12k. I tried yet again to arrange just the activities that we were interested in and she ghosted me. Stay away from this company. ** Update 6/29/24. They indeed made things right.

We recently engaged Nick Moran at Camelback Odyssey Travel for two trips, Hawaii and a weekend in St Michaels MD. I highly recommend him. Nick was very insightful to guide our choices, clearly well-travelled with personal experiences. I normally do all my own booking so I am not an easy client asking lots of detailed questions. Nick never flinched and was always two steps ahead of me. He was clear that if there were any hick-ups mid trip that he would take care of it. He even jumped in at the last minute before departure to secure us emergency medical evacuation insurance in case the worst happened (COVID). Beyond the planning, Nick provided us with real cost value. He secure deals that were not on the website and we had THE BEST room at the Four Season Lanai. We enjoyed a perfect vacation and are looking forward to tapping into Nick’s experience, expertise and friendly assistance in the future. You should too! Update: March 2024, another great experience. Nick and Michelle organized a wonderful two-week tour of Chile for us – wine country, desert, and Santiago. Our final needs took a while to develop but they remained patient. They are extremely knowledgeable and helped us make the best choices in hotels, activities, and transportation. We had some special requests, and they had the experience and know how to meet them. We highly recommend Nick and Michelle and look forward to working with them again on things large and not so large.
