From the start, the private transportation they arranged was seamless and extremely comfortable — a perfect way to begin and end the trip. I found Caballeros Vacations through a few various Facebook resort pages I was already a member of. Michael’s input and knowledge shined through so decided to contact him directly for a few quotes. We are so glad we did!! We ended up booking Secrets Akumal with Caballeros Vacations on a recent trip 4/22 through 4/28. We originally booked a Preferred Club garden view room and he automatically upgraded us to a PC swim out and at hundreds less to boot!! Also included were nice PDF tip sheets, resort recommendations and a round trip private transfer with Lomas Travel. We have already booked a return trip to Secrets Akumal with Michael for April of 2026!! When and if possible he will search for a lower rate to ensure his clients get the best pricing. Micheal at Caballeros Vacations was such a great help to our group in getting us all set up for an amazing Vacation in Mexico We had a large group and he interacted with everyone and helped to accommodate each couple with their rooms and flights He also went ahead of us in making dinning reservations and shuttle Transfers .
