Better off dealing with the hotel directly, in the event you need to cancel due to cost of bringing your team to a vendor event, the cancellation fees are high, when if you dealt with the hotel directly they would not charge the fees per my conversation with the great hotel I stayed at. This vendor will say that there is nothing they can do. Unfortunate for small women owned business.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. Do not give your money away to a scammer. They target Events at hotels and try to get to you "reserve your room" with ANY credit card. STAY AWAY. BLOCK. REPORT. CALL THE POLICE! Tell your co-workers. They are trying to scam them at the same time.

Terrible. They harassed me to provide credit card information and make a booking for my whole group, tried to call me 10 times and when they were unsuccessful in confirming my room, they reached out to my EMERGENCY CONTACT. Then would not let me make modifications to my reservation without a penalty. They finally cancelled my reservation after I wrote a negative Google review. Then called several times asking me to delete it and threatening to cancel my refund. Negative customer service experience, would not recommend.
