My initial encounter with Business-Class was exemplary in all respects, save one. I dealt with Filip Hoffman who was incredibly timely in providing desirable flight options that fully met my needs. My one concern is their process of making a $1-3 charge to credit cards to ensure proper customer identification. In my case the token charge preceding the charge for the tickets prompted a fraud alert with my credit card company.

I had the best experience talking with troy. He made booking our trip a breeze. He explained our options and the cost of each option. It was wonderful to have a real person helping us instead of using a computer program and hoping you will get everything right.

This agency has flipped me around like a pancake at the waffle house. I was confirmed for a flight business class and I asked the agent (Judy)who processed the ticket, if I had a cancellation window -she confirmed that I did have a 24 hours cancellation deadline- I was within the 24 hours when I received an edit to my trip dates. I called her to make that adjustment on outbound dates. She had the day off so I got transferred to Stephen. He worked all day back and forth for 8 hours on switching my itinerary of the same arrangements just one week earlier. After 8 hours he ended up changing the dates of my travel as I had requested -and he gave me confirmation payment instructions. I completed and received the confirmation. When I Looked at it I noticed that a whole leg of the trip was missing. So, I called to discuss and got transferred to Thea. She took all day too, did nothing, then handed me to another dude- Marshall. He did nothing then transferred me to Egor or some similar name ~ I’ve been bounced around with nothing being done except high blood pressure . The last agent I spoke with said that the change Stephen made was never processed even though I paid for it and have a confirmation.Meaning the last ticket was never amended to the new dates. This new charming guy then says it’s no longer available . WHAT?! AND the new prices are twice as much. This is not good faith business and I am furious. All these agents have names that sound Hispanic or American. etc. However, there is a distinctive Eastern European accents with broken angry English and zero bedside manner. This makes things very difficult to understand and communicate. I’m sure this is to blame for all these errors. Beware!!!

I am very satisfied with the service I received. My agent Miley, was very professional, accommodating and helpful to my needs. She made this trip reservation process a pleasure. These guys are great. Dave helped me find a business class ticket that was half the price of all major airlines for an international trip that in less than two weeks. I have shared their info with all of my network. These guys are my new go to!

I booked through them and dealt with Mark. Mark was very helpful. He responded to our requests and found us flights that were just perfect and the price was good. Then recently Delta changed one of my flights and I would only have 40 minutes from landing on one plane and taking off on an international flight. I called him and asked if that flight could be moved so that I would arrive earlier. He promptly worked on it, got the flight changed. I will book through them again.
