I’ve traveled with several tour companies and Bru Med Travel is the best, by far. I have done several trips with them and the service they provide is excellent. Paco and Rosie are extremely knowledgeable and provide great service. The trips are planned perfectly and no detail is overlooked. I highly recommend them!

My family just returned from a wonderful Disney cruise, all arranged by Bru Med Travel! Sonia was a phenomenal resource and patiently answered all of my questions. From start to finish the entire planning of the trip and the trip itself, ran smoothly. Because Sonia/Bru Med took such good care of us during the planning, we were able to sit back and enjoy our vacation! We stepped off the cruise ship and are already talking about when we can go again! Thanks so much to the Bru Med Travel team!

Oct 4, 2022. We just came back from the national parks tour with Brumed. It was a fantastic experience. We went to Mt. Rushmore, saw the Crazy Horse monument, Deadwood city, Buffalo Bill in Cody, Wild Bill Hickok area, Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks, and the cities of Denver, Rapid City, Jackson, and Salt Lake City. The organization was impecable. Paco and Rosie were great host and tour guedes. The group was great, like family. All return clients. We were extremely well received and cultivated many new friends. Paco and Rosie attended to every detail. Great breakfasts, and dinners. The air travel was very well organized. The tour bus was great (new bus). We had wi fi and USB charging stations. The bus tour guides and driver made the trip really enjoyable. Kurt and Barbara could not have been better. This was a 10 star trip. We will do it again ASAP.!!!!! Thank you all. BruMed Travel's tour to the USA National Parks of the north conducted by Paco and Rosy was a great experience. Among other things, we viewed the most magnificent spaces trimmed by the most impressive mountains; Mount Rushmore Monument, tribute to four of our founding presidents is an impressive work of human ingenuity and love for this country; Yellowstone exposed us to some of Nature's mysteries and wildlife - Old Faithful was the first geyser in the park to be named and has erupted every 44 minutes to two hours since 2000. Barbara, the Globus tour guide, was very professional and well-read on the history of the area, as well as very sympathetic to any roadblock encountered. I can attest from personal experience. But overall, Paco and Rosy's caring for the wellbeing of each individual member of the tour was like the icing on a very unique cake. One word of caution: if in need of airport wheelchair assistance service, discussed the issue with Paco and/or Rosy. Due to the lack of personnel, this service is not efficient and there has been occasion when travelers have been left behind (Per Paco, it happened to BruMed on a previous tour). Perhaps the rest of the staff is great, however the lack of professionalism that was extended from Rosy is beyond comprehension. I called to receive a quote for a trip for 2 to Egypt, along the conversation I made a simple inquiry about how the dynamics of travel agency commissions work (because the previous agent gave us the impression that she was shafting us) and it turned into bad/sarcastic/rude treatment and being hung up on. I was eager and ready to book an itinerary with Bru Med and just wanted a better understanding on pricing for my package, since after all it IS my HARD EARNED money that I am using and hoped that Bru Med could help me gain that understanding so that I could feel comfortable with the money spent on this package, however it did not turn out that way. By law, we are entitled to this information, so Rosy: educate yourself please, ignorance is sad in a land of opportunity. Advice, if you're from another country and working here in the states, acclimate to the culture and the caliber of service and attention required to treat and KEEP clients. We are not in Cuba, don't bring your poor treatment of others here and contaminate further the service industry in Miami. Btw, I'm Cuban so I can speak on this.
