Her plan seamlessly joined travel segments to minimize hassles and downtime, selected the most comfortable business class seats (by flight, aircraft type and seat location), and avoided potential glitches of flight connection handovers between airlines, she also obtained really excellent perks at all our hotels, just to mention some of the enhancements she delivered. We always get great value from Ketty—her knowledge and attention to detail delivers far more enjoyable vacations with lots more pleasant memories. For us, Ketty is simply the best!
