Arrived from Australia ( visitor) without an itinerary . We presented with a request for a cruise to the Bahamas after being turned down by other agents due to unavailability. From our initial meeting with Andreus : he has been exceptionally helpful and professional. He took our details down and promised to call back . At this point I thought to myself that he was just going through the motions but not really serious about following up ..after all he will probably not ever see me again as I was a visitor . Amazingly , he contacted me the following day with positive news . The whole process of booking / payment etc was seamless.
