Do NOT use this place to help you do any sponsorship for a tourist visa. They are very inexperienced and the people they use or work within Vietnam are also inexperienced. Because they did not submit enough, or proper documents needed to complete the visa process to visit the US, my in-laws failed the interviewed. And when the process failed, they suggested that we should pay additional fee to start the processes again. Really?! The woman that work there was very rude and at times would raise her voice when asking a question. The husband was kind but not his wife. Will NEVER come here again.

Helen Nguyen was a Savior!! Me and my wife had not gotten our visa to enter the country, and I was unable to go, my wife left to Vietnam, I had to deal with getting a visa- couple phone calls later, and the next day Helen and Tony handled it with ease, and speed. They also booked a flight for the next day to catch up with my wife. This is where you go to handle your travels, and everything surrounding your travels.

Hello, I have something want to ask. That is I will have a flight this summer on the 19th of July. I just went to the US post office 2 weeks ago to make my passport, they say it may deliver in early July. Now I want to make a Viet Nam passport. What document do I need to bring to be able to apply? Do I need to make a new one or renew my passport? Because I am having my passport with me but it expired over a year. I am worrying if can I make my Vietnam passport while waiting for the US passport. Also, they still keep my citizenship naturalization certifications. That’s why I wonder can I still make my Vietnam passport without the citizenship naturalization certifications?
