Both times I had to book travel with a male customer service agent and both times was met with them raising their voice at me and being condescending. I didn’t hear his question properly and bcuz I didn’t answer fast enough he started talking to me like I was dumb. It literally costs nothing to just be kind especially when this is a new experience for some ppl.

Two international flights canceled due to their incompetence. Credit cards work fine, just they don't monitor and ensure travel plans are fulfilled. Will avoid in the future.

This company used to be good, first off the number provided on google is no longer in service so i had to dig out the number next time i used them. 2nd off and this is a big one, they provide their own credit card based on what type of booking i do. I have gone to the hotel 2x now only for their credit card to decline and my reservation cancelled as a result. Completely a waste of the service I'm paying for im better off booking direct.

You will not get through to them via phone, so their customer service is non existent. I’m forced via to use them for work, however I’m starting to believe that no one actual works there at this point. I’m hoping by internal complaints my company will drop them as their travel vendor.
