I would like to begin by saying that front desk/ anyone in charge or working the lack of professionalism there is. I arrived at this location 20 minutes before closing, ( 5:10 PM) as I proceed to knock the women working denied me an entry , and also denied answering the phone. Communication is everything, and as long as your sign says open , you should be delivering great service ! The young lady that worked today needs some serious training & if you hate that job so much please go somewhere else. Could have been kind of you to simply let me know you were not working or you had an early dismissal, because completely acknowledging my presence as I am knocking your business during business hours and then proceed to shut the lights in my face is nuts!
