Sharon was such a big help managing my international trip! My original flight was canceled and she stayed up over night working on possible flight options. She found a trip that fit my schedule and also helped me prepare for the Canada entry requirements. I couldn’t have done it without her and highly recommend!

Had to use this company 3 years for trips For my daughters school, shearing is rude overprice and would never ever give her my personal business. If I would give her a minus 5 I would absolutely give this to her and her company. She lost my credit card and had the audacity to say I did not pay nor give her company my credit card she finally located my credit card information but I did not receive a single apology from her. Every year a poor experience with this company. Glad this is my daughters last year in high school and we will no longer have to use this company again!

Tried to use this company to help plan our trip to Lexington Kentucky. I told them I wanted help with where to stay and building an itinerary for the Kentucky Bourbon Trail that is mostly based around Lexington but they told me they have no info on it and would not be able to plan my trip. Found it strange but I guess I will be looking for a different travel agency in the area
