We had been to georgeia with aurora travels. Excellent hospitality and personal care for each of us by our tour manager vishalbhai ,maia and tiko is remarkable. Previously we had been to vietnam with aurora tour .it was also excellent experience. Food is also made by maharaj was too good. Georgeia is very scenic and beautiful place. Who loves to travel must try once for sure.

Feedback: Vietnam - Aurora tours Departure : 18th Oct 2025 - 10 Night 11 days The itinerary was well designed in terms of number of days, sightseeing and leisure time and this was the reason we had booked with Aurora travel. But few pros and cons to highlight before you book with Aurora: *Cons:* 1) There was no in person group meeting done by Aurora before the tour began. (Method of cost saving) 2) Top management of Aurora is pathetic as they make false promises at time of booking and do not respond once you pay full money. 3) Only 2 packed food packets were to be given in the whole tour(as mentioned at time of booking) whereas they gave 4-5 packed lunches (Again method of cost saving). 4) Internal Flight selection from Da Nang to phu quoc should have been direct(tickets were available on the flight day also) flight which takes 1.30hrs instead just to save cost Aurora booked one stop Da nang to Hanoi and Hanoi to phu quoc where we started at 5 am in morning from Da nang and reached phu quoc at 3.30 pm in afternoon. Our full day was wasted. (Aurora looks only at cost and not travellers convenience) *Rating: 0/5 for Aurora management and backoffice staff.* *Pros:* A big shout out to our tour Manager: *Shibani* . Shibani was outstanding in terms of professionalism, guidance, management and her leadership. She very well knew about the timings of each and every place. She managed every situation very well ensured that we reach on time before the place gets crowded. Always helpful, cheerful and on her toes. *Rating: 5/5 for Shibani* *Local guide:* Hella, Anthony and Sonny were equally good and helpful. *Rating: 5/5 for Hella, Anthony and Sonny.* *Chef:* The experience here was 50:50. First five days meals were not in line with expectation and menu was almost similar. Taste was also not that good. Next 6 days suddenly Meals were consistently tasty and well-prepared. Also the variety in the menu increased. Not sure how this sudden change happened. *Rating: 3/5 for Chef's.* *Summary:* Top management needs to improve and respond on complaints including their booking/marketing staff. Make sure you take everything in writing via mail before you book. If we ignore cons the overall experience was good and memories are to stay forever. *Overall rating: 3/5*

Had a wonderful experience in Japan! The hotel stay was very comfortable and everything went smoothly with the transfers. Our trip leaders, Neel and Shankar, were extremely helpful and made sure we were well taken care of throughout. The itinerary covered everything you could hope for — a truly well-planned and memorable trip!
