This agency is con man. I had to cancel my flight, I called the airline and they said they fully refunded for the flight but they want to deduct 375$ from my money. Farangis is the worse costumer service person I’ve seen in my life.

My mom purchased her flight ticket from them and she was very happy with their customer service.

Unfortunately they don’t even deserve one star. ! Farangis (the Agent) doesn’t even have sense of humor, doesn’t know what’s customer service is , unprofessional and rude ! She likes to use easy ways and shirt cuts ! I’m writing this for others to read this complains before they let Atlas Travel put them in trouble , As agent she doesn’t do anything and just have other assistance dealing with her clients , she feels she is 100% right all the time ! After my recent experience with them I’ve been talking to other people and I find out I’m not only one who had hard time with her, but I’m not like them to just let it go, OC is small and everyone should know about her attitude and horrible service! And it’s better to use social media to share your experience with others instead of her using her own staff , brother and other friends write good reviews! Because of them I’m ending up paying $$$ , extra ticket and postponing my flight and looking for another ticket ! IF you complain to her she will tell you “we are not suppose to collect your documents, it’s same thing if you book your flight online !! we just reserving your spot “ after all back and forth She called me Lair and start yelling at me ! Instead of being on my side as customer she was on Turkish airline side ! of curse I will go to someone else at least other agent they know why your calling them agent !

I am just speechless and amazed by kindness and care these group of people gave me and my family. Arranged for all my family members to gather in my wedding in turkey. This agency patiently booked everyone's ticket and everyone got there on time without any hiccups. So grateful for their exceptional customer service

Make sure you ask about all the charges and fees, they charge on top of the airline fees , they charged me $400 for canceling my ticket ($1000 with airline fees for a $4000 ticket)and getting a refund on top of what the airline charges. I called the airline they told me they don't charge any fees at all because of COVID 19. I was better off getting the ticket online .
