Great place! I underestimated the value and features of this resort because honestly I had never hear of it myself however the accommodations on the rooms were great, comfy beds, spacious bathroom even one of them with special needs accommodations, i would suggest a little of more attention on cleaning the toilets more however Huge balcony and the entertainment are amazing. Kitchen equipted. I was surprised that with the location being so close to Epic and attractions it was not mega pack which made it even more pleasant for my family to enjoy the place. Jacuzzis, kids water park and pools were amazing. Would truly recommend and we are planning for our next stay for sometime soon!

We stayed at Vista Cay in October with our family of 8 and had the best time! The whole place was spotless, the pools were gorgeous, and the kids had an absolute blast. The location was excellent. Uber rides to universal was 12 dollars. All the shops close by and great restraubts and a Publix at the entrance to our condo The staff were all so kind and helpful, everyone made us feel really welcome. Such a perfect spot for families, even our tenneager loved it. We’d stay here again and again.

Our stay at The Reserve at Vista Cay was great. We enjoyed the spacious three bedroom unit. The summer time weather in November was a treat. Out granddaughters enjoyed the pool and had it to themselves for awhile one night.

Our family visited Vista Cay recently and have nothing but good things to say about the experience. The location of the resort was great, close proximity to Epic World, and other destinations. The 3 bedroom unit that we had was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Check in and check out services was very quick and easy. The amenities were great, and Ariel Rodriguez our Resort Ambassador was extremely helpful every step of the way.

The staff was very friendly, the units and outdoor areas were very well maintained, the pool was also a children's area. We really liked the resort and would recommend it to our family and friends. The attention from Mariola Urdaneta, the ambassador, was excellent, as we felt taken care of before and during our stay.
