Cessy went above and beyond planning the girls only trip to Italy. Cessy made sure we were all having the best time immersing ourselves in each city we visited. Her special touches and gifts were amazing. And the wineries were awesome! This trip was truly the trip of a lifetime with family and friends. We were exceptionally happy with the services that Cessy provided. A family member had referred her to us, and what a great decision it was to have Cessy arrange this trip. Normally we make all of our own arrangements for transportation, hotels, and tours. However, this was a complicated South America itinerary so we decided to use Cessy’s services. We had already booked our own round trip flights as well a 17 cruise from Buenos Aires, Argentina to Santiago, Chile via Antarctica, but Cessy handled all of the rest of the Argentina/Chile travel. She procured our first class hotels in Buenos Aires, Iguazú Falls, Santiago and Torres del Paine National Park in Chile as well as all domestic flights, all ground transfers, and private tour guides. We were able to see the trip take shape through the app that she uses. Everything booked through Cessy, we paid ahead of time so there were no surprises. The airport and hotel transfers were punctual to the minute (something unusual in South America) with just one small exception. The two private guides that we had in Iguazú Falls and Santiago were absolutely outstanding as were the drivers. I do have to say that this is a premium service and as such the cost is far from trivial, BUT it was 100% worth it! Cessy has great contacts in South America and they really took good care of us. We have traveled all over the world and have managed very well, but this trip posed certain challenges that were best handled by a professional. Cessy’s suggestion that we have the Torres Hotel (in quite a remote area of Chile) take us by van to Punta Arenas for our return flights home rather than flying from Puerto Natales was something we never would have thought of. Even though we spent an extra 2.5 hours on the road, we had more than enough time at Santiago Airport and never worried about missing our American flights to the US. We had wonderful experiences and saw spectacular sights. I would not hesitate to recommend Anytime Travel Solutions to someone looking to undertake a complicated itinerary in South America. You won’t be sorry!
