I found the site extremely easy to use. I also believe American Discount Cruises has some of the best prices available on the market. They also offer other incentives related to shipboard credit etc. I have had absolutely no issues using the site and have booked my last 2 cruises through their agency. I have cruised at least 17 times and I am very aware of the differences between good customer service and not so good service. Highly recommended!!

I've had one experience with confusion, back and forth communication was always available overall, Claire did an awesome job answering all questions and concerns addressed. When I say for future references pay in full that's what I mean. But the trip is OK and I'm excited. They were persistent with calling to help me until literally everything was fixed. I'm praying no more surprises!
