Alaska Airlines only has flights to Portland and Seattle, so it understandably has a small presence in Nashville. The flight from Nashville back to Seattle was fine and as expected. But there was no staff when I checked in at the airport, so I had to use a kiosk. This is problematic, particularly for travelers with bags to check in. There should be someone at the Alaska counter a couple of hours before a flight.

30 years with Alaska for business travel and we have been to over 27 states. Johnny at Alaska airlines flight to Seattle decided to be all down to my 15 yr old daughter and tell her she is not aloud to get on. The flight. She is crying I call he says sorry. Your father should know better. What scum, meanwhile I'm 2 hours away going into the emergency room. She then is told the police are coming to o assist her. She just left new York, and seattle.this guy tells her to sit down he will board her last. $120,900 in flights! No more for me or my family. Since Alaska cannot get in touch or help me at all. Had to call airport security and the police.

Worst airline ever. No way to print a boarding pass. Noone is working the counter.

Terrific support from Johnny Rivera & Kendra Jordan at ticket counter & gate. Iβve been flying for many decades now. This is top notch. They took terrific care of the unaccompanied child we love. Totally exceeded expectations

Just picked up my granddaughter at the airport. Her flight came in early which was great but the airport is worse now than it used to be.
