Hajj is a sacred and beautiful journey on its own, with years of waiting and planning. We performed our hajj in 1446 Allhumdulilah with Alhiddayah, may Allah reward the entire team we had an amazing experience, guidance we couldn’t have asked for more. Lectures and guidance from scholars, basic to advance questions, ensure we are engaged and perform the best of ibadah. Meticulous execution of logistics and all the movement between mashair sites during hajj days and elsewhere was next to none. We were able to fully focus on ibadah and our connection to Allah leaving all the rest in trustful hands of alhiddayah team! Just returned a couple of days ago from Hajj, Al-hum du-lillah. The Al-hidaya team helped prepare us for hajj months in advance & were always available to help with any questions/concerns ect. The weekly webinars were very helpful. We couldn't attend the seminar. The guides were amazing, especially Bilal & Ismaeel. Always smiling, calm & very approachable. They gave time to everyone. They were so patient Maa-shaa Allah. We had a great group that bonded really well. Everyone was helping each other. Had an amazing experience & so many memories that we will cherish. They really looked after us. Special shoutout to brother Bilal, who really is an asset to this team. One thing I think would help is another female guide, as one was not enough in our camp. We only ever saw the male guides that accompanied & supported us. Thank you to the whole Al-hidaya team. Really missing everyone. Would definitely recommend them.

AlhamduliLLAH I was fortunate enough to perform Umra Oct 2025 with my family, facilitated by Al-Hidaayah travel. From the initial query and then all the subsequent steps of the journey, we had a stress free experience. I found the team were very organised, experienced and professional which helped the pilgrims to focus on their ibadat. A special thanks to our group leader Jafar and religious guide Imam Yusuf who were always available to help and made us feel relaxed and reassured. Communication was good and information given on how to access services locally. Good connections with people on the ground ensured a smooth operation. Hotels were good and well located. Imam Yusuf, with his reminders during the trip helped to add the spiritual depth to the trip, was easily available for queries and gave prompt responses either via the telegram group (which was a good form of communication) or in person. Zoom lectures were appreciated too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to use Al-Hidaayah again if I have the opportunity inshaALLAH.

My experience with Al-Hidaayah Travel Ltd for Umrah in December 2024 was nothing short of exceptional.
