Bad experience with this place, BIG mistake on their end. Me and my partner book a room in Hawaii, the big island. They sent us to the wrong island! We had to scramble around and look for a room on our own. They didn't want to take responsibility for their mistake. We shown them the location on our room and what island it is on. But she insisted it was the right place. We were on the phone with them for hour see if they can fix their mistakes. But they just wanted us to book another flight with them on another day, and still pay FULL price for their mistake. Not going back to them again.. they didn't even apologize
