Called for service it took 2 hours and 15 mins for tow to show up. He wasn’t notified till 1 hr after I called. I called a friend for 90 year old and dog in car she took them home, I sat in hot car waiting. This is not the way to run a service. I’m very disappointed I can maybe understand 1 hour wait time. The tow driver was not the issue its dispatch. AAA is failing……

My wife’s car battery needed to be replaced. The AAA mechanic was at our home within 20 minutes of our call and the diagnostics were done confirming the battery needed to be replaced. He had a replacement on hand and we were up and running 15 minutes later. Highly recommend.

I have been a member of AAA for many years. I came to Stuart, Florida to visit my father. I stopped at the Stuart AAA to ask about local tourism information. The woman at the counter, Penny, was not helpful at all. She was rude and negative when I asked for help. Terrible customer service skills, just terrible.
