I flew from SMF to LAS then 4 days later flew from LAS to BUR and then from BUR to SMF. All flights were great even though they were full up. 2 of the flights I was able to check my bag for free. I sat near the front of the plane and was able to deplane quickly. The drawback when checking a bag is waiting for it to appear at baggage claim area. At least I didn't have to carry it through the airport. In conclusion, I will fly again with Southwest. Excellent job guys.

With all the chaos from delayed flights, she stayed calm, professional, and incredibly helpful. As a 30-year flyer and A+ Preferred member, I truly appreciate this level of service — it’s what makes Southwest stand out. I hope this kind of dedication never changes. Thank you, Allegra!

I love South Western airlines. I have always used this company for air travel. I have always gotten safely to my destinations with the least amount of travel. The last time I traveled with South Western airlines they experienced air plane difficulties. We were safely appointed a more secure plane. I also had to keep an eye on another male passenger whom seemed to be having anger issues. The flight attendants were fabulous. All turned out terrific. 😇

I absolutely love Southwest airlines. My flight from San Diego to Tucson turned out to be an honor flight, bringing home the remains open active duty Navy serviceman. The entire crew of the aircraft honor the gentleman for his service and his sacrifice to our country. Thank you Southwest airline.
