It was a great experience. The valet parking made the drop off easy. The driver of the transportation to the airport helped with our luggage. On our return, the pick up at the airport was efficient. They had our car waiting for us when we returned to the Park N Fly building.

Park N Fly is great! I used to use them in Fort Lauderdale and decided to drive last minute and they staff there was friendly and fast at getting me what I needed to do as a last minute booking. Marcelo picked me up after a long flight and was so kind and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone!

My family and I have utilized your service, multiple times over the past 7 years, at least. EVERY SINGLE TIME, we flew out of Miami and parked with your service, it has been a fantastic experience. At least 3-4 times, upon departure AND upon arrival, we just happened to get Marcelo Valdes as our driver! He has been extremely friendly, courteous, helpful, and cheerful. Based on our experience with Miami Park n fly, we would suggest your service to all of our friends and family. Such a relief, the ride back to my vehicle, which was well kept, (indoors), after an 11h long flight, only to have it ready and waiting. Our driver Marcelo insisted on helping to not only unload our baggage, but helped to put it in my vehicle. He's awesome. This company it's convenient when it works but more often than not it's always extremely difficult. Especially when you are at the airport waiting to be picked up by their shuttle. They ALWAYS drive right past the pickup spots when you call them. It takes about 30 minutes to an hour for them to pick up at thw airport.

Absolutely excellent service. It was quick and easy to drop my car off for my trip to Aruba. The shuttle took us right over to the airport without delay. On the way back we found the shuttle very quick also and when we got back our car was waiting for us. I highly recommend them for long trips.
