So One Travel and Cheep O Air is one company. When you buy ticket you have options to buy flight protection. But when you have problem they don't care. If you get to the point that you get your flight credit and you try to use that credit there is more problem. They will tell you that you can use your credit with their restrictions. So ticket will cost triple or four time more than a new ticket. You are waisting time and money with them. I was 3 days on hold with them. I come to the point i recoded all conversations with them. Horrible customer service.

My wife bought tickets thru OneTarvel. She used my middle intial instead of full middle name. TSA Precheck will not recognize me without the full middle name. I call One Travel to change the middle name they want to charge me $200. The airline would do it free of charge. I recommend not to use OneTravel.

My friend Cristian recommended One Travel and sent a link for a trip to San Andreas Island for my girlfriend Paula and I. I booked the Avianca flight with One Travel. I booked the hotel with booking.com. Last Sunday I was riding my scooter in Laureles, Medellin Colombia. I Hit a large pothole and was trying to recover when I hit another hole and went down. I hit my head and broke my arm and dislocated my hand. Wednesday I had surgery for 5 hours to repair the damage and just spent the last 3 days in a hospital here in Medellin. My doctor recommended that I do not go on the trip. Plus I need to come back for follow up care. This morning I went on booking.com and canceled the hotel reservation. It was a couple of clicks, Booking.com is wonderful. Then I went to my Avianca flight with One Travel to start the cancellation process. They told me after a long chat session that the tickets were non refundable and that they were not going to give me my money back. After negotiating for an hour back and forth they offered to give me $144 off of my tickets of $591.74usd. One Travel also offered to submit a claim to avianca that would take weeks or months to get resolved. I told them that I wanted a full refund and they could work out the details with avianca. After another half hour of negotiations they said that they had to abide by airline policies and they couldn't give me a refund. At that point I told them I was going to post a Google review about their horrible customer service. So here I am with a broken arm and follow up doctor appointments One Travel and avianca are not willing to help me other than give me a small refund of my tickets. I would highly recommend that you don't use One travel As far as avianca goes I haven't gone online to negotiate a refund with them because one travel is the agency that I booked through. If One Travel would have given me a refund I would have rebooked the trip when my hand was better and ready to go. There you go, One travel is not going to give you your money back even if you are hurt and in a hospital with surgery and follow up appointments.
