Another Great Vacation As always Jeannie never fails. Our trip was simply amazing thanks to Jeannie Smith. From the wheelchair assistance at the ticket counter on departure and to the curbside on return. Our hotel in Vancouver BC was exceptional. Everything we needed from Royal Caribbean was taken care of in advance (distilled water for C-pap, wheelchair assistance, transfer from the port to the airport in Anchorage, Alaska).
