I have been going to Suzanne for over 8 years to make my vacations magical. She goes over and above. We have traveled to Alaska, New England, Canada by cruising and recently we just returned from Italy and Greece. Every time the trips have been amazing and worry free. Suzanne communicates continually through the whole process. I wouldn't trust any one else with my vacation plans! A+++

Kathy Harris and the Team at Cruise Center Jax are the best. We’ve use them multiple times over the last five years; involving occasions from 50th anniversary (with several out of town travelers), family trips, or much needed weekend getaways. She always has a little surprise when you get on the cruise that kind of makes it very special. But the pre-cruise due diligence is where it really pays off, especially with the large group of non-seasoned travelers. And if you have any problems, they are right there to solve them. Even if it’s over seas… Five stars!

Suzanne is the best. I booked a trip to Dublin for work and she went above and beyond. I was to leave Sunday night and on Friday I was told by those that I was traveling with that I should change my room for the following Wednesday. Within an hour of reaching out to Suzanne, she had canceled and rebooked me without me having to worry about a thing. I'd highly recommend her for all of your travel needs.

We absolutely do NOT recommend anyone ever use this agency to travel. Nancy is rude and the most negligent travel agent we have ever experienced. We specifically used her with our cruise because she was recommended and she never bothered to reach out about details of our trip. We had to reach out to her and ask for how to pay and how to plan our flights. We were berated for contacting her personal phone but that was the only contact information we had been given since she never reached out after we booked the cruise through her. She also sent all of our booking information and confirmations to the wrong people and we actually got our information from them! She did not do this just once. If she cared about her clients this wouldn’t have occurred at all much less multiple times. Our travel arrangements were very unclear and we had to piece them together for ourselves, including airline confirmation numbers and how we were getting from the plane to the ship. She is inattentive and unavailable. We will never recommend her or use her ever again. It’s a very scary way to travel… in the blind. This is the sole purpose for using a travel advisor or agent and she doesn’t care to be either of those things. Good luck getting her on the phone or to return an email. And if she does it will likely to be the wrong person.

We are so glad that we came to see you for planning our trip. You have been so helpful and made all of this so easy for us. You made working together planning this trip to Alaska seamless ! You answered our all questions and even came up with smart and great ideals that we would of never thought to ask when booking this cruise. We will see you later this year for planning a cruise around the Hawaiian Islands. Highly recommend you for this Alaskan cruise to our friends.
